Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by Medina Group LLC ("Medina Group," "we," "us") to our clients ("you"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Medina Group provides website design, website hosting and maintenance, Google Business Profile management, and local SEO services on a monthly subscription basis. The specific services included in your plan are described on our pricing page and confirmed with you before billing begins.

2. Billing

All plans are billed monthly, in advance, on a recurring basis. Some plans include a one-time setup fee, quoted before work begins. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices may change with at least 30 days' written notice before your next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• All plans are month-to-month. You may cancel anytime with written notice by email to hello@medinagp.com.
• When you cancel, service continues through the end of your current paid billing period and you will not be billed again.
• Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
• We do not issue partial-month refunds for unused time within a billing period.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and any content or access (such as Google Business Profile access) needed to perform the services. You are responsible for ensuring that content you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

5. Intellectual Property

You own your business content: your text, photos, logo, and brand materials. Medina Group retains ownership of the underlying website templates, code, and tooling we use to build and operate your site. While your subscription is active, you have full use of the website we build for you.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medina Group's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
